I bought Remove Ads but I still see ads
Open the game, tap the menu, then Shop → Restore purchases (also in Settings → Restore purchases). Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. Rewarded boosts you choose to watch stay available after Remove Ads.
I got a new phone. How do I get Remove Ads back?
Install the game, sign in to the same store account, and tap Restore purchases. You don't pay again.
Will I lose my progress if I uninstall?
Level progress is saved on your device only, so uninstalling removes it. Purchases are kept by the store and can always be restored.
How do I change ad or privacy choices?
In the game, open Settings → Privacy options. You can also use your device's ad settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
A level seems impossible
Every level can be solved. Try Hint, Undo, or add an extra tube from the toolbar, or tap Restart for a fresh start.
