Privacy Policy — Sortix Games

1. Summary

The Games are free, offline-first puzzles supported by advertising and an optional “Remove Ads” purchase. We do not ask for your name, email, or account. The data described below is collected automatically by the third-party services we use to show ads, measure crashes, and understand aggregate usage.

2. Data we collect (via third-party SDKs)

• Advertising (Google AdMob): device identifiers (e.g. Advertising ID / IDFA where you permit tracking), approximate location derived from IP, device and app information, and ad interaction data — used to serve and measure ads. Where consent or platform settings disallow personalised ads, non-personalised ads are shown.
• Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics): pseudonymous app-instance ID, device and region info, and gameplay events (e.g. level completed, ad viewed) — used in aggregate to improve the Games.
• Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics): crash traces and device state — used to fix bugs.
• Remote Config (Firebase): delivers configuration values to the app; no additional personal data is collected.
• Purchases: processed entirely by Apple App Store / Google Play. We receive anonymised transaction confirmations only; we never see your payment details.

We do not collect contacts, photos, precise location, or the contents of your device.

3. Legal bases & consent

Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), a consent dialog (Google User Messaging Platform) is shown before personalised advertising, and on iOS the App Tracking Transparency prompt governs tracking. You may change your choices at any time in Settings → Privacy options inside each Game, or via your device's ad settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

4. Sharing

Data described above is shared with Google (AdMob/Firebase) and, through Google's advertising services, with participating ad networks, solely for the purposes stated. We do not sell personal information. Service providers process data under their own policies: Google — policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained per Google's default retention periods and then deleted or aggregated. Local game progress is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall.

6. Children

The Games are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Content is suitable for general audiences.

7. Your rights (POPIA / GDPR / other laws)

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in South Africa: the Information Regulator). To exercise rights regarding SDK-collected data, use the in-app consent controls above or contact us at systems@agilitysolutions.co.za; we will assist and route requests to processors as needed.

8. Security & international transfers

Data is transmitted using encryption in transit. Google may process data on servers outside your country, subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable law.

9. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will be reflected in-app where required.
